we recently stayed at raglan lodge and had a mixed experience. the friendliness of the staff really stood out, especially the young gentleman who checked us in with a warm smile. the room was equipped with a functioning tv, and the complimentary tea and coffee were appreciated.
Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. 😞.

Easy check-in made everything smooth, and I also appreciated the friendly staff who were super helpful.
There were a few hiccups. The heating in the room was a bit hit or miss, and I had to wait for it to warm up after arriving. some areas could use a good cleaning, which was a bit disappointing. it was a decent stay, but I’d suggest keeping a close eye on those details!

The room was neat and warm with WiFi, blinds and blackout drapes.
A very good stay on Thursday night. Clean hotel in a peaceful area. Breakfast with Greg's coffee. Excellent staff of the property. The central location near a port. It also was close to a valley and a lush forest.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of my room. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom featured a lovely rainfall shower that made for a refreshing experience after a day out. I appreciated the cleanliness overall, especially the extra pillows provided upon request. The staff at the nearby ASDA were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the location makes it easy to access nearby food outlets, perfect for grabbing a quick bite.
I strongly recommend this hotel.
